My village calls me Katie and San Angelo has been home for three years. My real estate career began in Abilene, Texas (which was home for twelve years prior). I'm an HSU alumnus, business savvy, goal-oriented partner, ready and happy to help anyone in the market. (Years ago, a lifelong mentor took me along a meeting with a seller. I knew then, how much I could enjoy helping people in the market.) Not only do I obsess over the architecture and function of homes— I can use my strengths towards something fulfilling. My mission is to leave any place better than I found it and ultimately build a life I enjoy, while I'm among others, doing the same. Not many careers allow you the opportunity to learn so much about so many different industries, I'm grateful for that. My specializations seem to be relocations, downsizing/upsizing, empty nesters and snowbirds. Serving my community, being ten toes down for Jesus and real estate is where my contentedness lies (just to name a few). I consider myself a high-touch agent with top tier client devotion. Through problem solving and extensive research and application, I deliver top tier service.
